Fisherfolk action that was held around noon in September 29 in front of the UNESCAP building. The picket was meant as a symbolic action to raise the concerns of the fisherfolk on the ongoing climate negotiations.

Fisherfolk representatives and other cause oriented groups from Thailand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Philippines, India, and Indonesia called on the UNFCCC negotiators to ‘Uphold peoples’ rights, address climate change’ and ‘Climate justice, no to globalization’.
